The hotel is half empty, nevertheless its staff and location were very good, I liked that. When I am in Mecca, I like staying here.

The bathrooms are smelly.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a nice area, close to restaurants as well as Super Market. They provided a tasty breakfast with Indian dishes and fruit and pastries.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Mecca. Brilliant hotel, I loved my stay here. The room was huge with big beds. Late check-out was useful.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Breakfast was savoury and the staff were ready to help. The hotel itself was in a great area, not far from Masjid Al Haram and the Haram. Totally memorable experience.

We had the best experience here. Superb food for all meals. Our room was reasonably spacious and fairly clean. Restaurant in hotel was excellent and the pool area was nice.

We loved the extremely helpful staff and the location was perfect. They gave us a superior queen room with tidy beds, Haram view and brilliant bathroom. Everything seemed excellent, fairly clean. Also, the property was 3 miles away from well zamzam.

The location was wonderful and the staff was supportive. The room was incredible & neat, there was a very comfy bed. Lots of fairly good breakfast items to choose from. Excellent place for trip in Mecca...

Disappointing aspect was faded bathroom.

location was beautiful, i loved dismissive staff and bright rooms. i booked a room with a good bed, coffee and air conditioner. lots of options, excellent food.

Splendid breakfast, decent service. All in all it's exceptionally clean place, they have comfy beds. It is in ideal location to a cubical shrine, set really close to the hotel;)))
